Ok, it's not exactly a "movie" as much as it is a....well, I'm not sure what you'd call it.


Anyways, I'm just glad that this there is a short anime about Chrono Trigger, although it is a bit weird at times. Still, it's pretty hilarious.


The anime short is called "Chrono Trigger OVA Time & Space Adventures: Nuumamonjaa!" and it's sort of like a "at some point, this happens" kind of thing. It's about a Nu and his Kilawala friend and their misadventures at the Millenial Fair....after dark.


I have to make this point, though. If you haven't played Chrono Trigger, don't bother downloading it. You won't get it. For example, the Nu makes a comment about how mops are better than shovels. In Chrono Trigger, Nus usually carried around mops as their "Charm" item for you to steal. Someone who never played Chrono Trigger wouldn't know that.


Still, though, it's pretty funny. The story kept me entertained throughout the whole thing. And they took the original music from Chrono Trigger and put it in the movie. It made the nostalgia flow, for lack of anything better to say.


Brief Synopsis: Nu and Kilawala want members for their musical group. They enter contests. Nu has to pee. Gato goes crazy. Johnny races people. Gato destroys stuff. They do some stuff. Crono and Lucca make brief cameo appearances. The credits roll, showing the Nu and the Kilawala in various scenes from Chrono Trigger.


The movie is 16 minutes long, and is 104 MB. You'll need DivX 3 to play it. Download it

Hmmmmm.....it seems that the link I posted is broken. They were another CT remake site, although they didn't come out and say it because Squenix would shut them down again. Well, technically, they were working on a true "sequel" to CT.


If you're still wanting to see this movie, you'll have to Google it, I'm afraid. It took me four years to find it, so good luck.
