oh its not that mitch, but it took me until last month to get windwaker, and then it was because i won it as door prize in "game night" at pstcc. i need to sit down and play it

i was just commenting on the fact that the game is two years old and i'm just now getting it

ok, didn't know if anyone besides mitch and i knew this but just to be safe ill tell everyone...they have posponed the release date of Twilight Princess yet again. It was supposed to come out next month but now they have pushed it back to sometime in April.

I'm looking forward to the new Zelda game myself, but I'll need to buy another Gamecube so it may be a little while before I buy the game myself .

I don't know if I would go so far as to call the game developers a dirty Jew, but I wish they would quit stalling .

Ok i hve another update about the new Zelda. They jhave moved it back once again this time to either this summer or in September of this year. I hate the fact that they keep moving the relase date back cause i really want to get that game mabe i should just ask for it for Christmas or something since at this time it should be out by then.

well i know that they are planning on releasing it on the gaycube (couldn't resist the urge), but they may be holding out till closer the revoltion (couldn't resist that either) to be released so those who got rid of their gaycube would buy the game and the revoltion too

i'm not trying to bash nintendo, but i'm more of a sony/microsoft person so i just love making fun of nintendo

But actually, according to my most recent research, Nintendo is going to release it for Gamecube....except after they release the Revolution.

They do have an excuse, though...albeit a lame one....they're saying that they're adding a few "Revolution-exclusive" features to it. What could that be, I wonder? Perhaps being able to use your sword with the wireless controller...you know, slashing with it. Maybe that's asking too much. A more plausable guess would be being able to fish with the controller OoT style. Who knows....

okay when it comes to microsoft the only thing that i hate is windows because it pisses me off so often, but as far as xbox and xbox 360, i love it

sony has more of the rpgs that i'm into, but nintendumb only has mario, zelda, and resident evil which resident evil being the only of the three i'm interested in.

currently the only reason that i would even own a revoltion would be to download the oldschool games from their previous consoles, and that would be it.

personally, if it weren't for re, skies of arcadia re-release, and tales of symphonia i wouldn't even currently own a game cube, and to think of it i wouldn't own a laptop right now either, but that's a different story

you know what would be great, if they made an adult rated version of the legend of zelda where link gets rewarded for his good deeds of valor from the princess

And seriously, what's the point in belittling a console? They all play games, some of which are better than others. Big whoop.

I think that Nintendo has a lot of potential, especially with the Revolution. Soon, videogames will change. I can see games being completely virtual in the future. Even Kojima thinks that in the future, the word "game" will not even be used.....then again, Kojima doesn't make games. He makes interactive movies. MGS is good, but games shouldn't be 18 hours long, but only 2 hours if you skip the cutscenes.

What the Revoultion is trying to do is...well....revolutionize gaming. You have to admire that. I'd hate to think that video games are at the end of their potentials with what we have now. The bar has to constantly be raised. It may sound ridiculous, but only 20 years ago, the idea of video games in people's homes was perposterous.

But as of now, in early 2006, things stack up like this: each game system has their own strog points and it's wrong to think that one system is worse than the other.

Xbox: Graphics.

Playstation: Squaresoft/Square-Enix.

Nintendo: Copyrighted games and characters that no one can diss. No one.

Now why can't we all just get along?

okay, well i'm not really console bashing, but i will say that you all know where my biasness is with games so yeah

now i don't side with sony and microsoft everytime like with handhelds, i would go for a DS before i would go for a PSP, and yes i plan on owning a revolution myself, but it will be the last of the next gen consoles that i buy. personally i'm not sure which to go first with on the 360 or ps3 so yeah

i will say that the main reason that i'll get a revolution will be just to download all those "old school" titles from the nes, snes, and n64 consoles onto it

but as far as the new zelda goes, and as it goes with any zelda game i can take or leave. really the games that i'm passionate about are wild arms (series), xenosaga, and kotor. plus some other rpgs that i like, but yeah

oh and speaking of zelda guys, you know that video of that drama, or was it choir teacher that mitch talked about in the thread a gamer gone wrong, well dave, my calc teacher showed us that lovely video in class

however compared to dave's usual tests, i would rather perform the legend of zelda or something in class than to take one of his tests because dave always anal rapes you with his tests man.

Honestly, this looks like one Zelda game I wouldn't particularly like to play.

I don't mean to sound judgemental on a game I've never played and only seen a short video on, but this looks horrible. I don't usually label games like this, but I've seen enough.
