Well, it's the holiday season again. It's a week from Thanksgiving as of tomorrow. And that means two things.....

1.) Christmas is around the corner.

2.) XC will be a year old.

getting sick every holiday season

depression

cecil

gay decorations

holiday cheer (can be added to depression)

stupid marketing ads and santa claus (who doesn't exist because i killed him)

wasn't really jesus's birthday

salvation army and their annoying bells

there's more, but it would really get rude after this

Well, it's Christmas Eve. Soon it will be Christmas day. Christmas is just around the corner. After we go to sleep tonight, we will wake up on Christmas day......unless we get up to go to the bathroom or get a drink or something. After this day, it will be the day of Christmas. Tomorrow is that day. On the morrow, Christmas will be here.

I didn't ask for much. But my mom thought that if I didn't get at least twenty things, Christmas would be ruined and I would grow up to be a failure. So, a few months ago, she gave me a piece of paper and told me to write down all that I wanted for Christmas. I spent several hours thinking of what I wanted and finally came up with four things that I wanted. Although I ended up taking one of them off the list cause it seemed like too much, bringing the gran total to three things that I wanted. When I gave the list to my mom, she was like "IS THAT IT?!?!?!?!?" and I was like......"yeah."

So I ended up putting that fourth thing back on the list, and my mom eventually just bought me a bunch of other things that I have no idea what they are, but I guess it's okay cause I like surprises.

That's the dark, yet somewhat enjoyable nature of capitalism.

Ya know what I'm getting? Not much, if anything.

Do I care? Nope. I've got a new laptop, and my room is already full of clutter, so I could care a little bit less than I actually do now.

And next year, make shopping easy on yourselves. I spent one hour yesterday and shopped for three people. That's right, the simple yet effective gift card!

And why are people so incredibly grumpy around here? I'm still the exact same this time of year as I am any other time of year.

well for one i just don't really care for the holidays, and haven't for several years because of some personal reasons, and no it's not that santa was bad to me or anything.

it's just that for me that i've had my face rubbed in sh** so many times during the holidays by certain people that i've gotten to where it is the most miserable time of the year for me, and plus i get sick every holiday season.

It's time once again to bump the holiday thread.

Today is a very important day in Christianity. As you all know, Good Friday was last Friday. On that day over 2000 years ago, teh 1337 r0m4nz pwned Jesus. Jesus had the chance to noclip himself off of that cross and save himself from their torment and ridicule, such as being called "n00b" and "lamer", but he let himself be killed so that we may have infinite life. He also knew that the awesome power of God, his father, would allow him to respawn in 3 days....this day. Easter. This is truly the greatest day in Christianity. On this day, I try to imagine what people thought as they saw Jesus among them after seeing him die just days earlier. True, some may have thought "ZOMG HAX!!!1", but if I were there and saw him in person, I would be one of which believed that he truly does have god mode enabled.

This Easter, no matter what you believe, enjoy this God given day.

Yeah, yeah, don't start. "Those illegal immigrants work hard!" Well, that may be true, but the point is, they're illegal. If I were president, I'd make it legal to kill an illegal immigrant.

I have to agree with you on that one Mitch 110%. Well, my Spanish teacher got started on her Fifth of May celebration on the third. She was a little bit blitzed when I went in to take my final in her class on Wed. .

Too bad I don't have any alcohol, or I'd be drunk as a skunk right now while typing this.
