i wouldn't worry about them because flying is statistically safer than driving, and unless there are some arabic passengers onboard there shouldn't be any problem

Yep. Gotta keep an eye out for them terrorists. She should be okay in that department as long as she knows what to look for.
For example, we found out recently that Islamic extremist terrorists may try to disguise themselves as pregnant women....when in all actuality, they're keeping a bomb under their shirts!
So tell her that the next time she flies to look out for pregnant women with a beard and turban.
