Okay, so techinically noone is supposed to have this game yet. That being said, I will now go and talk about some new features in the PC version.
After playing for about 8 hours, I realized something. The graphics are ALOT better than the Xbox version. Glitches are few and far between, and theres a lot more to do. Fighting is a bit easier on the PC, with the stand A S W D setup for running. Attacks are controlled by left-clicking, while running is controlled by holding down the right mouse button. To block and roll, you press down on the middle scroll button. Tab interacts with people, Q pulls your sword, E pulls your bow. and shift+mouse unlocks your spells. Takes a bit of getting used to, but it feels SO much better now.
New armor doesn't come in until later on in the game, or so it seems (I just got past the Arena, so I'll let you know more). So far theres been a couple of new armor, pieces, mostly hats. There are a TON more Expressions in this version...some including the Russian Cossack Dance, Tap dancing, Chicken dance, and that dance those Spanish guys do with the roses in their mouths. Theres also the Michael Jackson crotch grab (no joke, but its not called that for obvious reasons). The story holes have finally been patched up, and there are several new quests to keep you going.
Like I said, I'm just passed the Arena right now (FREAKING AWESOME), so theres not much I can say on new weapons/armor yet. There are several new additions to areas/new areas as well. I'll let you know more as I go.

2) ALOT. Ill list some stuff at the bottom...in case you dont wanna see spoilers.
3) Nope, the prison part is the same as before.
4) There appear to be. I didn't really pay attention in the first version, so I'm not sure.
SPOILERS
The main game (Xbox Fable) is pretty much the same, with some new stuff along the way. There is a quest where you and Briar Rose stop Minions in Darkwood from summoning a creature. This is forshadowing a later event.
Briar Rose actually has a purpose in this one. She becomes VERY important later on the game, practically becoming your assistant and giving you info.
Jack of Blades is not the last boss (technically). That is to say, the Xbox last boss is not the PC last boss. After you fight him, a year passes by. The Guild is rebuilt, and the Guildmaster is fine. The Demon Door right outside the Guild finally opens, revealing 5 elders and an item called the Fireheart. Once you retrieve the heart, both you and Briar Rose head to Hook Coast. You place the heart in the lighthouse, but are attacked by new enemies called Summoners. You protect the Fireheart from them, and a boat is summoned. You ride on the boat for several weeks, and finally arrive in the Northern Wastelands.
A hero that was cut shortly before the Xbox release is back in. His name is Sycthe. He basically sets you up for the Northern Wastelands, and gives you some info.
Thunder/Whisper have taken a large backseat. They still do the same things through the game, but after Jack is defeated you only see Thunder again once. You can either A)Kill him, or B) Let him be.
Lady Grey can be de-throned. The quest to uncover her sisters' murder is back. You meet her sister (in ghost form), and are confronted by Lady Grey. You can either A)Marry her and keep it secret, or B)Turn her in (she leaves before you do anything) and become Mayor of Bowerstone North yourself.
The big cheese....THE DRAGON IS BACK. This sucker is the last boss. Now, earlier I said that Jack was technically killed...that's right, he is reincarnated as the Dragon. But that doesnt matter...I can take Jack as long as I get to fight the dragon.
The Darkwood whor....Brothel. No real relevance to anything. You can get the deed and turn it into a safe-haven for fallen women if you wanna be good though. You also get the Pimp Hat (evil mages hat) after sleeping with about 10 of them.
Lets see here...theres several more things, but thats all Im gonna post right now. Let me go ahead and put your mind at ease. THERE ARE NO NEW ARMOR SUITS. There ARE, however, new components of the armor (like helmets, to finish the armor up). There are new weapons (Avo's Tear=Good, weaker Sword of Aeons) and plently of new expressions. The Northern Wastes are pretty cool to explore, and that's where you meet the Ice Troll. All in all a BIG improvement over the Xbox Fable...I don't see now how they could call that thing complete.

<REPLY TO SPOILERS! DO NOT READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW THIS! HAVE A NICE DAY!>
Ah, so Briar Rose, doesn't die! I just have one very important question, though........what if you're evil?
I mean, it doesn't make much difference, but why would Briar Rose help you if she knew you were just going to conquer Albion and terrorize the people? What kind of Hero would help a villian? Unless SHE'S evil.......hmmmm......
So what's the deal with Thunder? I can understand not seeing Whisper again, seeing as how you may or may not have killed her and it would be easier for the programmers to just leave her out altogether and just say that she was too demoralized at the Arena to show her face again if you let her live. But what is Thunder up to? Is he still mad at you for stealing his thunder? (Pun intended.)
And that pissed me off that you couldn't do anything about Lady Grey. I would turn her in and become Mayor myself.
Yeah, Briar Rose doesn't die. She actually says keeping the Sword of Aeons might have been a good idea with the new enemies that have emerged. She doesn't really condone the whole evil thing, but you get the picture.
And yes, Thunder is pissed. At that point I had totally owned him and everything and screwed over Lady Grey (who he loves), by revealing her sisters murder. So he's pissed at you, and doesn't really care what's going on.

i'll probably get the xbox version then since i prefer to play on consoles than the pc. i've just never quite gotten used to the keyboard and mouse and i'm such a cheapskate that i probably won't go and buy a usb controller the other reason that i'll probably get the xbox version is that it is 20 bucks so that fits my budget a little better.

It should be good on Xbox too, but Ill stick with PC. My PC can support it better than the Xbox, and it looks SOOO much better on PC (the texture resolution is doubled).

The thing that makes me mad is that I remember back when Fable was called Project Ego.
I mean, they worked on it for, like, a year before the Xbox even came out and they still didn't have a complete version. Although, Fable was pretty good. Though not as good as the new one will be.
Lol, Project Ego was in production back in 1998, Mitch. It was originally about a group of wizards, or something along those lines. Fable in its current form came into being about a year and a half before the Xbox version was released. Only working on it for a year and a half, you see why it was so incomplete. Project Ego, in itself, is not Fable, as Project Ego had...well, ALOT more to it.

My thing was, I was reading about this, way before the Xbox even came out, and when we first got screenshots, people loved it. It's just sad to think that something that gave people a lot to look forward to wasn't up to today's standards when it was finally released.
